Elizabeth (Betsy) Baker Gibbs, M.D.
Dr. Baker Gibbs is a forensic pediatrician practicing in the fields of high conflict, addiction and chaotic disorders. She has received training in the dynamics of conflict parenting, parental alienation, mediation, parent coordination, guardian ad litem program and addictionology.
She received her Doctorate of Medicine from the University of South Carolina’s School or Medicine After completing her pediatric residency, she became board-certified in pediatrics and in forensic medicine. She is currently a Diplomate of the America Board of Forensic Medicine and is a certified Medical Investigator.
As Founder and Medical Director of Children’s Medical Assessment Center (CMAC), she conducted more than 10,000 forensic medical evaluations in the field of child abuse, sexual abuse and domestic violence. Dr. Gibbs has been recognized as an expert witness nationally and in every county in South Carolina.
She has been published in the South Carolina Bar Association’s Manual for Attorneys and Guardian ad Litems and in the Joint Commission for Healthcare Accreditation’s How to Recognize Abuse and Neglect.
Shelia Natale Feldman
Ms. Feldman graduated from Western Kentucky University with Bachelor of Science degrees in Counselor Education and Health Care Administration. She has experience in health education and reproductive counseling.
She served as President of the Board of Directors for Children’s Medical Assessment Center (CMAC). She has experience in marketing, public relations and fundraising for numerous non-profit organizations.
She has also been involved in the ownership, development and management training of several businesses in North and South Carolina.
